I came to the GRM as a last resort. I had tried grief support groups, counseling, even medication. I confess that I didn't think it would change anything for me. Boy, was I wrong. The person who walked out of that room was hundreds of pounds lighter than the person who walked in. Cole and Sandi made sure we were blanketed in safety and compassion. I am so excited to bring to others the change and relief that 8 years of therapy did not bring me, but 4 days with these amazing humans and this knowledge did!

I walked into this training expecting to just get taught the materials we would need to teach but actually walking through the method helped me grasp the concept better. It is a class you have to commit to in order to get the most out of it but it is worth it! The only downside I have with this course is that most classes are on the weekend. If you have little ones that can mean an additional cost to find childcare.

The 4-day online Grief Recovery Certification training was extremely professional, yet also very personal and sensitively presented. The trainer was one of the best I've had. She was extremely knowledgable, patient, sensitive and present. This is one of the best online trainings I've done in a while - and I've done a lot!
