I have worked on the loss of my father in group therapy and with a counseling therapist. However, I never felt that my relationship with him was complete. I chose to work on that loss this training weekend and for the first time in 32.5 yrs I had tears of joy as I read the letter. The relationship was complete. Thanks to the Grief Recovery Method.
