I have done grief work for several years, but the Grief Recovery Method gave me tools that seminary did not. I feel like the GRM gives me a solid framework to effectively walk with someone in grief.

The 4 day certification training is really gives you the tools to help others with grief, by first helping you to identify the things that are keeping you back from dealing with your own grief and during this process there is an openness and a freedom that is gained through just freely being about to express your emotions.
