As I said before, Rex's voice was comforting. He prepared us for the emotional experience we were going to have. and that comforting voice helped to bring us down after baring our hearts and souls to each other. I left each session feeling a little less burdened.

Rex is just a great person all around! I was skeptical in the beginning before having our first meeting, that’s just me, and he never failed to make me feel heard. Rex is one of those people that really stick with you for a lifetime. He is dedicated to helping people and he helped me. I’ve been able to identify what I was and am feeling and be able to cope with it in a healthy way. I was able to close that circle of grief with a few things in my life and will continue to use many this knowledge for many years to come. Thank you, Rex!
