Rex, was professional, caring and supportive. He shared his journey to help me understand and deal with my loss. When I was "stuck," he gently guided me with examples and methods from the book that helped me clarify and verbalize my loss to help my recovery. It was apparent that he was totally committed to the Grief Recovery model. I am grateful to him and CAPS for providing this life changing program. I certainly hope that it is made available to those who could benefit to improve their lives and relationships.
