私のライフコーチとして、Grief Recovery Method（深い悲しみの解消法）をお手伝いをしています。
私自身もこのメソッドに至ったのは父親の突然の脳卒中がきっかけでした。何年経っても悲しみを振り払えずにいた私が、Grief Recovery Handbookを見つけてスペシャリストのトレーニングを受けて、変わりました。私はおかげさまで深い悲しみから解放され、日頃のエネルギーを取り戻し、人生の喜びを感じることができるようになりました。

This program is for people who prefer to work one-on-one rather than in a group setting. The 7-session format utilizes the same proven materials as the group programs and can be completed online with a Grief Recovery Method Specialist specifically trained to help people move through loss with dignity and respect.
