I am Sylvia Harper Humphries, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in SC and a Certified Grief Recovery Method Specialist serving in the GA/SC area, currently Aiken, South Carolina.

The Grief Recovery Method (GRM) appealed to me as I realized some unresolved grief issues in my life. Being healed from trauma and an overcomer of grief, I faced my fears and conquered internal and external challenges. My investment in my healing has resulted in me living a healthy, happy and fulfilling life. I now know that it all begins with me.

My passion is to help others find their peace as well. Allow me to be your guide. Together, we can find a place of freedom from the grief. Maybe your loss is a relationship, a job, or a pet. It could be anything you have lost causing you the inability to move forward in a healthy manner. In any case, you can heal and learn to live life fully again.
