In addition to being an Advanced Grief Recovery Method Specialist, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Florida and Tennessee. I offer the Grief Recovery Method nationwide via Telehealth. I am also Certified as a Grief Educator after completing a six month training with David Kessler. I combine my knowledge and experience to tailor the Grief Recovery Method to each client’s needs and situation.

I came to the Grief Recovery Method during the pandemic when I was dealing with several losses - both tangible and intangible. Going through the Grief Recovery Method helped me process past losses as well as more recent ones that enabled me to move past the pain and toward healing.

I have helped clients from adolescents to elderly in both a one on one and a group format with losses ranging from the death of a spouse, parent or child to the loss of a pet, the loss of a relationship to the loss of a career, including athletic.
