I wanna thank Rhys Kiaaina for his knowledge of Greif Recovery. And for helping me get Intouch with my pain. Its been 56 years for me to come to grips with grief that I didn't know was there. His knowledge book and how to pull out what's going on with me. Rhys helped me deal with the grief of my dad. It takes great knowledge and excellent to skills to do Grief Recovery, I would recommend anyone to take his course. Thank you Rhys.

I am able to identify the right feelings associated with the experiences I've had or are currently enduring. I am able to give my grief (and other emotions) a voice, which lifts the weight that truly pains me to carry inside.

My program facilitator was very empathetic and open to sharing her experiences as well as being non-judgemental in hearing the concerns/ issues being faced by participtants. She was great at building relationships between herself and members as well as supporting relationship building between members to help in the grief process.

Diane Grothjan is an exceptional facilitator who clearly cares very deeply for everyone struggling with grief, for any reason. She certainly leads by example and her ability to be vulnerable made it easier for the rest of us to be vulnerable, too.
