The facilitator's calm and peace gave me confidence from the first moment that this program works. He seemed like someone who had no emotional weight or burden. I highly recommend this facilitator.

She was very helpful throughout the program. She reassured me to reach out whenever I needed help with anything. By making me feel so comfortable I was able to have a great experience with the grief recovery program and be honest with my grief work. Thank you for holding space for me, I’ll continue to use the tools I learned.

My personal relationship with the facilitators through our church caused me a bit of apprehension in the beginning. It was resolved after the first session.

This program helped you understand the process of lose in life . You can’t change others , only yourself and you need to forgive to move forward. You help yourself by helping others.

Beverly shared her experience with grief and could relate to each one of us in class. I felt herd, not judge and she has a very comforting way of speaking. Each class went by fast and cant believe it is over. I will continue to keep in contact with Beverly as well as one of my group mates. I have also shared with another girlfriend whose husband is dying of cancer and recommended she start the next class!

Julie Green is one of the wisest, most compassionate people I know. I am so grateful she was my Grief Recovery Method facilitator. I felt protected and supported during this vulnerable time. I recommend taking her class and helping yourself recover from grief and loss.

JoBeth knows from her own experience with the program how to facilitate it. I appreciated the way she made me feel like I was in a safe place to be vulnerable and say what I needed to say to move forward. When I started the program I told her I wasn't afraid of the hard work needed to move forward, but I didn't want to be in the same place or condition I was a year from now. I believe I can safely say I am in a better place than I was at the beginning of this program and will be even better a year from now.
