It was amazing for me that it shared with me how to look at things and how your journey does not define you . the freeness and release you feel is truly an experience.

Debbie Melnyk kept the room very positive and directed us to what we needed to accomplish by the next week. She also gave us plenty of time for questions and sharing. I really felt her strength, after going thru her loss.

She forewarned us that some of the information we discovered, especially when we were doing the Loss History Graph, The Relationship Graph, and The Completion Letter may stir up feelings we had put aside or locked away for years. She was right, but she was there to help us through. She told us we were not there to judge nor fix an issue or a person, not even ourselves and that gave me the courage to keep going. I think there are a few more people I may need to work on a Relationship Graph and a Completion Letter. I felt much better and freer after my first one.

Cheryl was knowledgeable and relatable and she listened with much empathy. She explained the method and week's material clearly in each class and it helped that she shared a part of her own loss history as an example for us. Her calm and loving presence made it easy to be courageous in our sharing.

Hannah Wachter is very compassionate and understanding. She gives great feedback and listens to what you have to say without judgement. She explains things to where any person can understand and make the right decision as they move forward. Without Hannah doing all this for me, I would still be hanging on to excess emotions that server me no purpose. I highly recommend Hannah if you are looking for a caring counselor.

Tina was very helpful in setting the safe container for our group so that we could feel comfortable in expressing ourselves and sharing our process with grieving. She used examples from her own life to give us a clearer perspective on what we could expect with how to do the assignments. I appreciated her honesty, authenticity, and ability to hold the space for us.
