I have yet to tell the true results of the program, but I'm glad that Teresa put together the group and answers questions attentively throughout the program, even sharing a lot of her own experiences which have been tremendously helpful in helping us structure our own work throughout the GRM.

Nicole was outstanding, not only was she knowledgeable and showed much wisdom throughout about the material but she was a coach, cheerleader, motivator and a compassionate friend through the process for me. Jessica Tingley, our facilitator, did an incredible job. Not only is she well trained in the grief recovery method, she was 100% open and honest while sharing her grief. This helped all of us to feel safe that we, too, could be that open. I could tell that Jessica truly loved and cared for each one of us. Walking into that room each week was like a “big hug.” Truly, a safe, loving space for all of us. The last day was a little bittersweet, as we all became to care for and root for each other.
