see above. The program changed my perspective on the power of forgiveness and stating an apology. I am a different and better person as a result. And, i am more at peace and am accepting of my failed relationship (most of the time) which i realized failed not only because of my wife's past actions but more importantly bc i failed to forgive her, built up resentment and when angry would lash out based on past events and pain. I realize that is no way to live a productive, happy life and things will be different in the future. I will always work to forgive those who have hurt me for myself. My only regret is that it took a painful separation to find the program -- i have been needing this for years bc of my childhood and unorthodox relationship with my wife.

Nicole was positive, upbeat, genuine, and each and every one of our personal cheerleader. She cares and is very real. She wants everyone to succeed in their healing journey. She made herself available outside of class if we had questions or needed to work on something we were struggling with. She shared her story and it was a hard one for anyone to hear or go through. But she got to the other side and she wants the same blessings for all of us. I don't know if this program would have been as effective if we did not have her as our host and leader of this class. I have nothing but love for her.

Cindy knows her "stuff". She was empathic, compassionate, caring, reflecting back to me what my words were saying and how I could speak from my heart. I would highly recommend her loving spirit to anyone who is grieving.

Molly and I met weekly, in a private room at our church. She always reviewed our confidentiality agreement, and listened as a "heart with ears." She allowed and encouraged me to Take time to grow with the process, as I tend to be a "charge through and ahead type person." She printed out the homework assignments and was available between sessions for calls and questions.

The program made me dig deep into a personal relationship, reflect and bring unfinished communication to a conclusion. I feel as though I gained understanding and peace following the death of my son.

Debbie was very kind and helped me navigate the program so that I was able to leave the past in the past. I was able to process my losses, forgive and say goodbye. I feel capable to process my other losses so that I can move forward with my life.

Debbie shared her own experiences in grief which helped us to understand how to do some of the exercises where she completed her own graphs and it helped us feel understood and not alone as well.
