Both Sara and Sarah made me feel comfortable to open up during the course. They used personal experiences to enhance the content that was being delivered. Both facilitators made the course enjoyable by adding humour where appropriate with a down to earth approach. I was given time to talk about personal experiences and felt listened to during the course. I asked questions about situations within my current job and they were answered in such a helpful and professional way. This has been an amazing course.
