Mrs. Pope explained and talked about everything the book has stated to me in a very helpful manner. I came in not thinking it was going to help me but gave it a try anyway. I was so wrong. A lot of pressure has been lifted from me now. Thank you.

Keeley Ward has an impeccable ability to create safety and warmth when leading the group. She is very present in verbal language and body language/presence. This allows for trust within the group when sharing. She has both empathy and compassion….and maintains her boundaries…again creating safety. I felt free to be vulnerable in sharing my stories while safe enough to allow my emotions to arise and flow uncensored by me.

Maureen is top notch. She has real world experience of grieving that she can draw on when facilitating. That is invaluable.

Alison was fantastic in leading the small group through this grief recovery program. She was open, honest, vulnerable and supportive as needed. She gave feedback, when allowed and as necessary, but she also gave the necessary space for each of us to unpack and find the answers within ourselves. I would highly recommend Alison as a facilitator to deliver this program to anyone seeking help with the grief in their lives!

The facilitator was excellent, I struggled with some of the material and deciding which loss to address. William was extremely helpful and available for all questions and concerns.

The facilitator was informative, on point with directions. He was a heart with ears. Non judge mental.

Judy was and is outstanding. She’s known me since I was a young girl and I thought at first that might get in the way of her hearing/understanding where I come from. It did not. She was so professional and so open. It felt like talking to a friend while getting the criticism and push I needed to complete the hard stuff. I highly recommend Judy as a facilitator and will be utilizing her again for another relationship. I truly value her time, insight and her own experiences she shared with me. She’s a beautiful person.

Almost everyone has experienced loss but not everyone is willing to share. Having understanding facilitators that freely shared their grief experiences made for a very intense self inward look within, by each class member, thus producing vulnerability and a willingness for us to open up.
