As a GR alumni the method was not new to me, rather, from my first class my heart knew that I would one day become certified. Once that time finally came along my experience did not disappoint. My heart and mind grew more in awe of the GRM than I knew possible. True, practical, step-by-step tools to help others' recovery from their grief is an absolute gift of rare fashion. What I did not expect was the emotional connection that we created as a (large) class!. What a gift to go on this ride of learning about ourselves as well as learning to apply it to help the world. Thank you Jocelyn for your passion to train. Also, the death exercise was out of this world amazing!

At the end of the 4 days, I had all the tools needed to help someone successfully work through the grief recovery method. I now feel like I know more on grief than most professionals. An added bonus was that I finally experienced healing in my grief as a widow. I accomplished in two days, what I had been trying to do with a therapist for two years!!! Amazing! Everyone needs this!

I am a Marriage and Family Therapist who has searched for a program that not only meets the griever with compassion but has a format that contains a series of steps and actions to help the griever get into their emotional self to move into a place of recovery. I An amazing process! I worked on the two most difficult relationships in my life- two different occasions. And my life is totally changed due to the healings that took place as a result of this process. I am forever grateful. I loved it so much that I became certified. This is a great training if you want to work with people with a broken heart. It is well presented, easy to follow and understand, very well set up for how to run your groups and private sessions on your own. The material given for your marketing makes it possible to create a new business in a very professional way in a short time. I appreciate the generous attitude of being able to get support after your training at no cost. But all of this would be worth nothing if the Grief Recover Method didn't work - it is a very healing training on a personal level! The way the method gives the opportunity to look at my entire loss history gave me some really valuable insights as well as healing when continuing the personal work on a specific relationship. Very happy to have taken the training and would highly recommend it!

This is a great certification class with professional trainers and outstanding literature in addition to classroom instruction. I went to class thinking that I would be learning to help others, but in four days I myself began the recovery process from my own grief.

This weekend has absolutely changed my life. I was devastated by the loss of my fiancé and although I was not ready to do the work on him because this loss was so recent, I did do the work on my mother. I know feel I have the tools to move forward with several areas of life that need work. I am so excited and humbled to be able to help others learn the tools to work on their own grief.
