Nicole is a highly compassionate professional who demonstrates a deep understanding of the complex nature of grief that individuals experience. She understands how complicated grief is, and she works really hard to provide a comforting environment where someone who is experiencing grief can openly express their emotions, learn healthy and proactive coping strategies, and be supported. Nicole is an excellent listener, but what makes her outstanding is that she also offers an exceptional level of understanding and compassion that meets you where you are at. This is a skill that not many have. She has helped me adapt and adjust to loss in a healthy fashion. I truly felt supported, and she was there for me through one of the toughest times of my life as my emotional support and cheerleader and I am eternally grateful for that. After working with Nicole, I feel more empowered to maintain the best possible mental health for myself while dealing with grief.

I honestly cannot imagine anyone more suited to facilitating our Grief Recovery program than Candace and Mandy. They work well as a team, unified in their methods and goals, yet individual in their stories and experiences. They were both willing to share their personal stories, which encouraged and enabled the participants to share our own stories and to be open, vulnerable and trusting. We always knew that we had their full attention, were respected and were heard. Their feedback was supportive and encouraging. They are exactly what I needed.

Lisa was kind, understanding, and able to guide me thru this whole process. She kept us on track but also brought us together as a group. She was willing to listen to the hard parts and help me look deep enough to find the roots so I could pull them away from my heart and mind. She encouraged to take my 1% of blame and put the rest squarely where it belonged. I always knew I had someone to listen. I can't imagine being where I am today without her.

Mrs Frank was a great teacher, very honest and helpful. She took time out of her schedule to meet with me when I needed it not during our class hours. Would recommend this to everyone who has had a loss in there life.

Again I listed Outstanding and it marked all of them. Jenny is very thoughtful and understanding of what everyone is going through. She explains things well and is very comforting. Angie brings a different vibe and a very good one. She words things in a way that is very understandable. She made us smile and laugh at times. These ladies are a great team.

The Facilitators were very caring and brought a lightness to the program. They gave us tools to work with and also allowed us to talk freely if we didn't always agree with some of the things in the reading material. It is clear they know the steps to help the group work through the grief.
