Carla was really great to work with. Her professional etiquette and well meaning application of the book material as well as her own approach and explanations about the grieving process were extremely helpful and appreciated. She has a knack for what she is taking on and I am more than pleased with the outcome she has offered to me. Additionally I felt that others in the group did well with her. There was an effective group dynamic that benefited all.

It taught me about grief. It gave me a safe space to come into contact with my grief and give it a voice and express it. It was revelatory experience and I felt emotional freedom and greater clarity at the end.

Ben Brady is a great man I couldn't express with words how much he has changed my life! He has helped me in my time of need. My fiance left me last year months before our wedding and although I ended up choosing not to do my loss with her, Ben has always been there to speak to me and to help guide me with anything I struggled with. I will 100% be doing another grief and recovery course with Ben. I know he is someone I really want to keep learning from in life and his guidance has never failed me. He truly cares and loves me and I can feel it. I really feel I would have been lost in this world going through this alone. I will keep going to him for life advice for as long as I'm able to.

I feel the Grief Recovery Method opened my eyes to all the many ways we experience grief and loss in our lifetime, and how we unconsciously bury or "not deal" with such losses depending on what we "learned" from family, society, etc. Upon completion of the Grief Recovery Method, I found a deep peace in the relationship I grieved, and I not only sleep better but have more "space" in my spirit, heart and life to fill with personal growth and other self priorities!! I Highly Recommend this process! Dr.Richelle's personal experience and knowledge on the subject of grief made this program richer for me. She is highly compassionate, empathetic, professional and relatable as a facilitator!

My facilitator was amazing. She was the most understanding. She never judged. She held space for my emotions and convinced me to feel them instead of rationalize them or push them away. She never pretended to understand what I was going through because she knew she didn’t. But she sat there in the dark with me anyway until I found my way out.
