As I said in 28, it was very insightful and helpful for me. I suddenly realize I have other grief issues I need to come to grips with.

Dinah helped me to learn about processing death and loss. Just yesterday, I learned about the passing of my cousin. I now know how to use what I have learned in this class to process my feelings, and I feel more at peace.

Dinah was very professional and knowledgeable about the program. She was able to keep us focused and provided a safe space for us to open up about those areas that we each needed to work on for our own completion. I did not really know what to expect when I first started the program and doubted that I would get much from it. However, I gained a whole new perspective on dealing with loss that I feel I could apply to various situations besides death. Dinah encouraged us to be completely honest with ourselves to have a deeper understanding and deal with any unresolved issues.

The Grief Recovery Method Online Support Group with Dinah Rainey was exactly what I needed to start working through my grief. Dinah’s guidance was compassionate, thoughtful, and incredibly effective. She created a judgment free space where I felt safe to open up, process my emotions, and take real steps toward healing. She didn’t just listen—she provided the structure and support I needed to truly understand my grief and how to move forward. While I’m still on my healing journey, I now have the tools and confidence to continue. Dinah is a wonderful facilitator, and I highly recommend this program to anyone struggling with loss.

Amy was absolutely wonderful to work with. VERY accommodating of my hearing loss and taking steps to assure I got the full experience. She was a very down to earth and so personable and warm. Made me feel at ease the moment I stopped in to the classroom. I usually shy away from in person things like this and meeting all new people because of my hearing loss and Amy made me feel safe and heard and immediately comfortable to be open about my loss/grief.

Anne Marie was there when I was quiet and when I needed to talk. She has the empathy to understand when it may be too difficult to speak and quietly waits for us to resond when we are ready. I never felt rushed to finish speaking or sharing. It is the feeling of quiet acceptance.

My facilitator was very relational and made me feel relaxed from the beginning. Her gentle voice and well thought out responses were genuine and sincere. She carefully brought in examples from her own life and circumstances, which helped me understand things from a different perspective. Thank you Jeanine Jackson for such a wonderful experience, while tackling such difficult issues.
