Rhys Kiaaina made me feel heard and loved. He shared his own grief with us and that really helped me be more open to sharing my grief. Ryhs was completely non-judgmental, gentle, kind and caring He helped guide me along in the process that I was afraid to ever venture down, that has weighed me down for almost all of my life. Ryhs help me navigate all of the misinformation that I have been fed and gave me a clear cut path to recovery and useful tools that I can use in later relationships.He empowered me to move forward.His empathy, patience and kindness has taken me very far from where I was.I look forward to who i'm going to become free from grief.

The guidance and support provided by Ingrid was exceptional. I really had no idea what I was embarking on when I signed up for the program I just knew that I need external help to hopefully get me thru my grief. Ingrid listened intently to my experience and patiently walked me thru the program. There was no pressure to complete my assignments if i needed more time that was fine to do things at your own pace.

Wendy's presence and respect for my grief was the kindest experience I've had in a very long time. Her support, non-judgment, caring and authenticity opened my mind and heart to see things how they really were and to love them all for those experiences led me to be me. Jody, did an incredible job of asking insightful questions and showing empathy throughout the entire process. I felt really supported as she walked me through every step, helped me find clarity in areas I was confused on and lovingly pushed me to dive into areas that needed to be thought through and grieved at another level.
