Testimonials For Support Groups
The facilitator was very compassionate and attentive. He had gone through loss on a very personal level and was able to clearly communicate how this program helped him the multiple times he went through the course himself. His personal experience with grief and experience leading the course was valuable.

Nicole was amazing to work with and she made me feel comfortable, it was easy to open up and share things about myself judgement free. It felt like I was talking to a very close friend even though we had just met.

I have done other courses on grief but it was the combination of apologies, forgivenesses and significant statements in the final processes that unlocked the ‘internal unspoken hurt’ that been shut-down and shut-in for decades…. It was the Leaders that made all the difference for me. They created and held such a safe space, along with the working with smaller 2-3 people that allowed maximum benefits from the GRM. The book alone did not ‘inspire’ me to work alone…but now having followed ‘the Method’ once with help and support …I can repeat the process on my own for many other ‘incomplete relationships’ for greater and further healing. Thank You. X

Amy was absolutely wonderful to work with. VERY accommodating of my hearing loss and taking steps to assure I got the full experience. She was a very down to earth and so personable and warm. Made me feel at ease the moment I stopped in to the classroom. I usually shy away from in person things like this and meeting all new people because of my hearing loss and Amy made me feel safe and heard and immediately comfortable to be open about my loss/grief.

Anne Marie was there when I was quiet and when I needed to talk. She has the empathy to understand when it may be too difficult to speak and quietly waits for us to resond when we are ready. I never felt rushed to finish speaking or sharing. It is the feeling of quiet acceptance.

Dinah helped me to learn about processing death and loss. Just yesterday, I learned about the passing of my cousin. I now know how to use what I have learned in this class to process my feelings, and I feel more at peace.
