Better than I ever expected I went in the program. Cindy had to help my wife, but I had no idea how much it was gonna help me. I am a completely different person after this program not carrying the pain in the sorrow. the guilt, a shame that I carried for 60 years And not knowing most of it, but my body did.

She did an excellent job relating to each individual. She allowed each to put into their own words the feelings they have without interrupting or giving words for their feelings. She was patient and allowed time for emotions.
