Dani is a very supportive facilitator. She is very knowledgeable about grief. She also shared from her experience of using the method, which was helpful and showed us, what we would be doing, for our homework, to prepare for the next week. Her sharing is affirming and helps the group feel safe. She makes room to receive each person's experience and feelings, as they are and really makes it okay for each person to be where they are. She acknowledges whatever feelings we are having, is okay. Everyones, grief is different. I looked forward to go to the group each week. I am very grateful for Dani's support.

Jess was excellent at listening and guiding me on the course . She was very supportive and good at gently keeping me on track. I was never pressured and knew that I was making the decisions myself after examining my feelings. I feel so much better in myself and can go forward. My grief is now in its correct place. Thank you Jess for making that possible

As I said before, Rex's voice was comforting. He prepared us for the emotional experience we were going to have. and that comforting voice helped to bring us down after baring our hearts and souls to each other. I left each session feeling a little less burdened.
